Common Errors
This error normally occours when the postfix to a symbol in the account settings is not correct.
It does show that all settings needed to log in are correct. But when a price was requested it failed. Look at the letter behind the symbol in your MetaTrader Terminal. For example if the symbol is “EURUSD.a” the postfix should be “.a”. Be carful not to add any extra spaces as this will cause the error.

If your broker is not listed in the drop down, switch to manual entry and type the details in manually.
The Host/IP address be found by opening your MetaTrader terminal and Selecting; File>Open Data Folder >Config Folder >SRV File with the servers name (open with Notepad). Example below;
Here the host IP is “185.97.160.58” and the port is the part after the colon ie “443”
